We want anyone who spends time with our lawyers to come away with a better understanding of their legal situation and their options. In order to provide this service, our lawyers need to dedicate some of their time to preparing for every consultation. Each lawyer’s promotional consultation fee is listed under their profile.

At Listrom Di Lullo we believe in empowering our clients. In a consultation, the lawyer will help you understand the situation from a legal perspective and inform you of your options, which can include self representation, alternative dispute resolution, or hiring a lawyer to perform legal work.

If you decide to hire us for legal work after a consultation, the cost of the initial consult will be discounted from your first invoice.

If you already know which legal services you want to hire us for, you do not need to book a consultation, simply complete the inquiry form.

Yes. Every consultation is absolutely confidential according to the Rules of Professional Conduct of the Law Society of Ontario.

We may collect a small amount of information before a consultation to perform a conflict check and ensure we are providing reliable and unbiased services. This information is also kept confidential.

If you cancel a consultation with at least 24 hours' notice, we will process a full refund for you within 7 days.

Consultation fees are non-refundable within the 24 hours window. Please note, after cancelling a consultation, you will not be able to reschedule for at least 7 days after the cancelled meeting.

We work very hard to ensure that our fees are quoted up-front as early as possible, but it is not possible to provide every legal service as a flat fee.

However, all of our quotes are detailed with where a billable hour will apply, and we are willing to offer fee caps in most circumstances.

You will always have an opportunity to review the quote before retaining us.
